Studio Apartments: 16 units with 1 Bath, 410 SF; 40 units with 1 Bed 1 Bath, 530 SF. Asbury Arms has rentals available ranging from 410-530 sq ft.

 

On the 16 efficiency units - the wait list is 6-9 months; on the 40 1 BR units - the wait list is 9-12 months. If you initially move into an efficiency, you cannot upgrade to a 1 BR.

 

Asbury Arms Apartments is a HUD Apartment. HUD residents usually pay 30% of their gross income for rent. The rent amount, less approved HUD deductions such as medical and child care expenses, and other allowances, includes a utility allowance. HUD Residents may also choose to pay what is known as flat rent. The HACC works with applicants to determine which rent arrangement is best for them.
